To give users access to Invoicing, you add them to your Account Profile in Manage User and
grant them Request Money access. Request Money access allows users to send invoices,
send money requests, and add or update Invoice Settings. It is up to the account holder or
administrator to assign specific tasks to users.

Guide.
Invoicing and Reporting
The Manage Invoices page displays the invoices you have sent or saved. Use the available
filters to search for specific invoices. You can export invoice information and details by
downloading invoice activity. See
“Exporting Invoice Information” on page 49 for
instructions.
In addition to reviewing invoice information on the Manage Invoices page, you can see your
invoices in your Account History. You can use the available filters to search for invoices and
download history information. For information about using Account History, see the
Merchant
Setup and Administration Guide.
PayPal’s standard reports include invoice information. See the Transaction Detail Report
Specification or one of the other PayPal reporting guides for more information.
